Shipping Policy

How will my order be delivered?

Warehouse and dispatch are open Monday to Friday 8:30 am till 4:30 pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Please note, our delivery schedule is in "working days". Any orders placed on Friday before the cut-off (before 1 pm) will arrive Monday for "next day" services.

Orders placed after the cut-off (anytime from 1 pm) Friday through to Sunday, and up to 1 pm Monday, will be dispatched on Monday.

Unless stated otherwise, all orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail

FREE Standard Shipping is available for UK orders over £50 only, Standard delivery is 2-3 working days. We also have a Next Day delivery service operated by Royal Mail. If you place your order by 1pm, from Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next working day.

Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered Monday (if next day) or Tuesday/Wednesday (if standard shipping).

Delivery costs

Standard Shipping - It may have a delayed dispatch of a day or two if the team reach capacity. This option costs £3.49 for those who spend under £50, or it is FREE for those who spend over £50. Please note, delayed dispatch will depend entirely on the volume of orders received that day. Most of the time, orders are dispatched on schedule. During the busiest of promotions, dispatch may be delayed up to 4 business days. The team will always do their utmost to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
